Refund Policy

Before work begins

A paid Workflow Failure Audit may be cancelled for a full refund before evidence review or other audit work begins.

After work begins

The audit fee pays for review, testing, and analysis time. Once that work begins, the fee is not refundable merely because the report does not confirm the suspected cause or because no repair is purchased.

If the audit cannot be completed

If AI Stream Solutions determines after payment that the accepted audit cannot be completed with the available evidence or authorized access, we will explain the limitation and either agree on a revised scope or provide a fair refund for work not performed.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Duplicate charges and confirmed billing errors will be refunded.

Repair credit

The $350 audit fee may be credited toward an approved Reliability Sprint when the repair proposal states that credit in writing. A website statement alone does not create a credit for unrelated or later work.

Repair and monitoring work

Refund and cancellation terms for repair sprints or monitoring plans are stated in the applicable proposal or service order.

Requesting a refund

Email hello@aistreamsolutions.com with the case reference, payment date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible.
